Track my order

The order tracking process at Galop Store takes place through emails that we will send you at different stages, including:

  • Confirmation of your order: once your order is validated, you will be redirected to the confirmation page on our site with the message "Thank you for your order". At this stage, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the details of your order.
  • Shipping of your order: as soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email to inform you and provide you with the tracking number for your package, allowing you to track its journey on the carrier's website.

Modification / Cancellation of your order

1 - Can I modify my order?

Once your order is validated and confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it. This includes changes regarding the size or colour of an item, the shipping or payment method, as well as adding or removing items.

2 - Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been prepared or sent to print (in cases where customization has been chosen). After this stage, your order cannot be cancelled. You will need to return it once it is delivered by following the link: Request a Return.

To find out if cancellation is possible, please contact us via the Contact Us page, selecting the reason: "I wish to cancel/return my order".
