REBER triple-layer bags offer all these qualities:
2 inner polyethylene layers suitable for food contact
1 outer polyamide layer guarantees airtightness
2 polyethylene layers make the bag more resistant to punctures and tears, preventing moisture penetration
reduced formation of frost and ice crystals in the freezer
special indentations on the surface allow air to escape and create a true sous vide.
REBER bags have been tested for sous vide cooking at temperatures up to 100°C for up to 4 hours. We recommend cooking at 60°C for 24 hours.
