The MILKY AR 140 ECO skimmer separates small and medium quantities of milk. Easy to handle.

The 60-watt motor runs consistently and efficiently at around 8500 tours per minute. You can obtain around 8% to 12% cream (depending on the temperature and cream content of the milk).
Materials: The body is made of plastic. The milk and cream outlets, container holder and milk container are made of polished, food-safe aluminum. The upper bowl and the discs in the upper bowl are also food-grade.
