Sensitive insect repellent

RP1 Insect Stop Sensitive by Stiefel is an extremely effective insect repellent for particularly sensitive skin types, providing active protection against ticks and insects, in accordance with biocide legislation. The active substance Saltidin® (Icaridin) contained is virtually odourless to the human nose, so people and horses are not bothered by an unpleasant smell. However, insects can detect these smells and are repelled by the repellent.

Additionally, RP1 Insect Stop Sensitive by Stiefel is alcohol-free, making it suitable for use even on horses with eczema.

When applying the RP1 repellent to the horse’s coat, the active substance’s volatile properties create a light protective scented mist that lasts for several hours. Furthermore, the active substance Icaridin® is very well tolerated by the skin, making it suitable for riders as well.

For effective repellent protection, it is important to apply it correctly over the entire area: by combining the spray and the gel, which is also alcohol-free, maximum efficacy is achieved with minimal consumption. The spray is used on larger areas, while the gel is applied more specifically under the belly and on sensitive areas of the head.

RP1 by Stiefel has already won several tests and has been awarded a quality label.

Usage: Spray lightly on the coat from a distance of about 25 cm as needed. On sensitive horses, apply using a cloth or use RP1 Gel as an alternative. For riders, apply a little RP1 on the skin. Avoid sensitive areas (eyes, ears, nostrils, and mucous membranes). The active protection is effective immediately.
