Discover the gentle raised bit Beris with a port for tongue clearance for optimal comfort during your riding sessions. Give your horse the best.
The language passage of the canon arch features a unique flattened shape that offers optimal space for the tongue. Many horses respond with better relaxation and increased chewing. However, this bit is also very suitable for players, those horses that try to push their tongue over the bit, as the arch effectively prevents this. This mouthpiece is therefore perfect for horses that poorly tolerate conventional-shaped bits due to the pressure exerted on the tongue and that respond notably by shaking their heads. The needle bit adopts a stable and very gentle position in the mouth. It ensures safe lateral support, with no risk of pinching the skin or lips from the angled stop. This bit is suitable for horses that clearly require support and lateral guidance when turning. This can be both powerful horses and young inexperienced horses. This bit is preferably used by riders who practice show jumping to be able to make tight turns. When pulled more strongly, the second pair of reins attached to the lifting bit causes the bit to lower and rise in the mouth: the effect is thus amplified. This system is very well suited for horses that tend to lean on the bit. It is also useful for achieving a greater elevation.
Bit for ambitious amateurs and professionals.
The bit factory beris, located in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, came into being after many years of activity in the manufacturing of bits, with all the experience, craftsmanship, and enthusiasm for riding that this implies.
In short: it is the result of our passion for horses.
beris is committed to caring for the sensitive mouths of horses. From the ring of the bit to the sophisticated lateral part, each metal piece is shaped, welded, and finely polished by hand.
The new type of machining of the mouthpiece further ensures better acceptance and facilitates moderate communication between the rider and their mount. The mouthpieces beris are appealing due to their food-grade synthetic material, as well as their surface and finish that reach a quality level never before seen in this field. Their surface is particularly smooth and glides well in the mouth, even in horses that salivate little. Almost all horses appreciate our mouthpieces. They play, chew more, and willingly approach the bit. It is true craftsmanship from Germany.
