Description
The withers protector of the Adjust Pad shock absorber, in calfskin, follows the horse's shape and frees the withers to avoid compressing them. The overstitched natural wool upper part provides excellent resistance to wear and tear. It also protects the saddle leather from the horse's sweat.
The 3D mesh part in contact with the rug is highly flexible. It follows the horse's movements and curves. The 3D mesh makes the shock absorber particularly light.
Unlike a conventional shock absorber,Adjust Pad features pockets for inserting correction shims. The corrective function of the shims enables the saddle to adapt perfectly to the horse's back. It is sold with a set of 4 shims (2 front and 2 rear). The shape and material of the pockets and wedges are designed to ensure a perfect fit. Depending on the desired correction, the wedges can be superimposed to obtain the desired result.
The shock absorber matches very well with the Antarès dressage and jump cutting rugs.
The 3D mesh of the Adjust Pad shock absorber absorbs shocks, reduces pressure points and improves ventilation on the horse's back.
Adjust Pad has a "corrective" function. Thanks to the shims, the saddle can be perfectly adapted to a new horse. It can be used to compensate for muscle loss during an "out-of-season" period, or for shoulder or back asymmetry.
The shock absorber is suitable for all types of horse. It is particularly recommended for sensitive horses or those suffering from back pain.
Care instructions
Brush the inside and outside of your shock absorber with a soft brush before cleaning to remove excess hair and sand.
Wash your shock absorber with a damp or slightly soapy sponge.
Do not use a tumble dryer or iron. Let it air dry.
