Green mineral clay for the regeneration of tired tendons, muscles, ligaments, and joints. The addition of arnica, chamomile, and menthol provides a relaxing and regenerating effect.

Usage:

Cold use: If needed, apply a layer of about 1 cm thick 1 to 2 times a day and leave it to act, then rinse with water or brush. Also suitable for bandaging.

Hot use: Open the pot and warm it in hot water for 10 to 20 minutes. Remove the water from the heat source. Proceed as with the cold application.

green clay, water, plant extracts (arnica, chamomile, menthol)

INCI ingredients: Illite, Aqua, Menthol
