The cushion features specially designed inserts for use at the front, middle or back, making it easy to adapt the cushion as required. The inserts are made from extremely soft foam, ensuring that your horse's muscular development is not impeded in any way. Inserts can be used depending on the area that needs extra padding due to muscle loss. Once your horse has regained its muscles, simply remove the inserts and use them like a conventional pad.
