Description +

The Sautiller Close Contact jumping saddle is made from soft synthetic materials that give the appearance of traditional leather with much less maintenance. The saddle is supported by a copolymer polypropylene tree: highly durable, with exceptional crack resistance and superior lightness properties - lightening the load on your horse's topline.

The tree has a classic shape, with an "A" shaped head and minimal curvature, which creates a flatter seat and a closer connection to the horse through the rider's seat. The panels are purposely flocked with synthetic wool for balanced pressure distribution and to allow the horse to move freely under the saddle.

The knee and thigh blocks of this saddle are easily customizable; attached with Velcro for custom positioning to suit the rider. Advanced design, this saddle is designed for show jumping. Underneath the saddle flap are three leather girths that allow for effective girths - covered with a protective billet panel to protect the flap from excessive wear.

We offer an affordable solution with a high level of anatomical expertise in the development of our innovative range of discipline-specific saddles with customizable fit options. For an ideal fit, we recommend purchasing the PE Gullet Gauge to provide you with a guide to the best PE gullet size to use in your saddle Premier Equine.

We understand that various factors can affect your horse, such as health, fitness, exercise regimen, age and condition. These factors can contribute to changes in your horse's shape, which means you may need to re-evaluate your saddle fit. Our interchangeable PE gullet system allows for easy rapide customization of the saddle fit, without the added cost of a new saddle.

Remove dirt and debris from the surface by wiping your synthetic saddle with a damp cloth. We recommend using only a neutral pH detergent diluted with water to clean your saddle.
Wipe it with a clean, damp cloth or sponge and remove any remaining neutral pH detergent from your synthetic saddle.
Clean your leather straps with a neutral pH detergent only, being careful not to over saturate them*.
Run a clean cloth or sponge over the leather straps, removing any excess pH neutral detergent.
Apply a good quality leather conditioning balm to your leather straps, being careful not to saturate*.
Allow to dry out of direct sunlight in a well-ventilated area.
Do not expose to excess water or pH neutral detergents. Make sure the cloth or sponge you use is free of excess water or pH neutral detergents before applying it to your saddle. Your saddle should never have excess water on the surface.

*Caution: Excessive saturation of leather girths can result in excessive absorption which can deteriorate the leather. Do not over saturate your girths.
