Passionate about technology and innovation, and driven by the desire to offer the best-performing products, Samshield has decided to create a stirrup that offers a real evolution in terms of safety, technical features, comfort and performance: the Shield'rup.

When designing the Shield'Rup, the mission objective was to create a stirrup that combined safety, technical features, comfort and performance. After years of study and research, the Shield'Rup was born from fusion these requirements in an innovative design.

Offset stirrup leathers: easy reholstering

Aeronautical aluminum and steel insert: Extreme strength even when the temple is open

180° leg opening: The leg systematically returns to its initial position when opened.

Two floor versions: The Shield'Rup is available in two different versions: with standard grip floors or with extra grip floors (with spikes). Floors are interchangeable.

Inclined platform: Perfect leg and heel position for optimum comfort.

Elastomer joint under the floor: Excellent shock and vibration absorption for optimum comfort, perfect balance and protection of the rider's joints.

TECHNOLOGY & SAFETY

The Shield'Rup side branch opens when pressure is applied during a fall. The cable and spring system allows the side-piece to open 180° and systematically return to its original position. Made from aeronautical aluminum with a steel insert, the Shield'Rup is highly resistant, even when the temple is open.
