The Safe-on Junior stirrup is designed for the little champions of tomorrow!
The Safe-on Junior stirrup has the same features as its big brother, the SAFE-ON.
Redesigned for children, it combines comfort, performance, and safety.
It incorporates the Flex-on safety system that absorbs impacts and adapts to the body of the young rider. The one-piece frame design will increase the comfort for our young riders. Additionally, its removable arm will reduce the risk of injury by freeing the foot in case of a fall. The arm can then be manually reset.
- Please note that the Safe-on Junior must have a weight of at least 15 kg (or the equivalent in kinetic energy) acting on the outer arm to open it.
- The Safe-on Junior is unlikely to open if the pony remains stationary when the rider falls; it also won't open if the rider's weight does not act on the outer arm of the stirrup during the fall.
- Like all safety equipment, safety stirrups can only reduce the risk of foot entrapment during a fall, but no design can completely prevent it.
